I called to make my first appointment and left a detailed message. I never got a call back.

I call 1 week later and make an appointment for the following week. In the mean time they are going to have someone call me about my morning sickness problems. I never get a call.


I get there for my first appointment and fill out paperwork and they cancel my appointment because it took too long for me to fill out the paperwork. I got to the office before they opened, they get to the desk at 8 and try and give me 10 minutes to fill out a stack. They should have emailed me the paperwork ahead of time.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, they were immaculate!
