Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I've been with Dr. Kim and Dr. Koh's office for over 17 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
