They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. This was a difficult experience and I needed care immediately. They fit me in the next morning. Dr. Kung was very reassuring and made me feel secure and informed. I had my husband by my side and I felt at ease. He is a wonderful doctor and his staff is comforting and calming. They have been in business for thirty years so you can go into this office knowing you are in great hands. I would be grateful to have him as my provider for my pregnancies in the future.

This place is the worst doctors office I have ever gone to!! The only thing they want is money!! They don't care about the patients at all!! Might as well use a coat hanger at home to have an abortion. I would have been less traumatized then I was here!! Shame on the staff and doctor!!!

Dr. Kung does a really great job of making you feel relaxed and at ease during appointments. When he is checking for abnormal pap cells he will tell you right away if he sees a danger or whether everything is looking like it will be just fine. He talks you through procedures that you might be nervous about and he always gives you time by yourself afterwards to collect yourself in a calm setting. They have covers on the lights so when you need a breather to relax after a colposcopy for example, they allow you as much time as you need. They are also very informative. I have had a great experience here every time I have come even if it's for an uncomfortable procedure. They are also willing to answer any questions.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
