They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, Dr Schmidt is very caring and make sure the best is provided for you. She is professional and friendly. I recommend her to anyone who needs OB/GYN services.

They made sure every single question I had was answered. The doctor went over every remark I put on the intake history. She is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. In fact the doctor's cell number is given to patients to call for any urgent problems. I have NEVER had a doctor do that . It's wonderful. The staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. When I left I was told if I had any more questions to just give them a call back. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Dr. Schmidt made sure every single question I had was answered, and she is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Her staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Additionally, although she is a great fertility specialist, her expertise as an OB/GYN has kept our mom who is 81, has uterine prolapse, and Alzheimer's disease from needing a hysterectomy. Our family is hugely grateful for all the excellent care Dr. Schmidt has given our mom. The monthly visits for the cleaning of her pessary ( a devise worn in the vagina to support a displaced uterus) are handled with extreme compassion and care. I highly recommend Dr. Schmidt for any OB/GYN needs.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

I was a new patient of Lila Schmidt, MD. I came to her office in March for an OBGYN checkup. I was told by her office staff that my insurance would not cover my visit with them, so I was about to leave because I was planning on getting new insurance soon anyway. The office staff persuaded me to stay and proceeded to tell me that it would be beneficial for me to stay and pay up front because there was no guarantee an insurance would cover an OBGYN visit and I would need to pay extra fees for new insurance anyway. I was skeptical because I don't make a lot of money but they insisted and said I would only need to pay $150 up front.

I finally said ok because they guaranteed me that $150 was what I only needed to pay. I was given all this reading material on Dr. Schmidt and her career and told that if I did not read her biography, I would not be allowed an appointment. (What???)

When my appointment finally came, it took FOREVER for the doctor to see me. She was busy outside the room and I was forced to wait and when she finally came in for our appointment, she spent a total of 5 minutes just making small talk and then when it came down to business she only looked "downstairs" for a quick 5 seconds before telling me everything looks fine and I was done. Are you kidding me? She didn't do anything!! No checking for polyps or anything that I normally experience at my previous gynecologist visits!

I wrote the doctor a check for $150 and that was that. I left the office and decided to leave that experience behind me. I just went to "PP" for a proper consultation later.

Now, many months later, just this past week I received a bill in the mail from Pathology, INC for $190.60!!! What is this!? I received a bill for test results that I had no clue about! I never saw the doctor take any sample, nor did I notice any sample being taken from me!! I was told I would only have to pay for that one visit and to top it all off, I've never seen these test results! Why am I being charged for test results that I have never seen?!

I called and called Dr. Schmidt's office to get an answer, but have been ignored each time. I left a message on Friday and got no call, then had to wait until Monday for a receptionist to call me back and I was so upset as I told her the whole story! I'm being trapped here! I don't make enough money to afford this and why am I being billed so many months later?! This is a scam!!! The receptionist took my message and promised that the doctor would return my call, which she didn't!!

I called again the next day and left another message, which was again returned by another receptionist. I had to re-tell the entire story again because the previous receptionist never passed along the message!! I couldn't believe it! I demanded to speak with the doctor and they refused! They said they can take a message and the doctor MIGHT call me back but they didn't know if she would or when she would. I demanded to make an appointment to speak with her but they refused to make any time for the doctor to speak with me unless if I was willing to pay another $150 for a consultation. What?! They're trying to make me pay $150 to dispute this bill!!

Lila Schmidt refuses to discuss this matter or even talk to me without shelling out more money and I don't know what to do! I can't afford this bill and I was never told about this in the first place! I was promised I would only pay one amount and this is HORRIBLE!!

Whatever you do please do not ever see this doctor! She and her office staff will lie through their teeth to make a quick buck! This entire office is not professional what-so-ever and this whole experience has made me never want to trust another doctor AGAIN!!
