They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.
