I had the worst experience with this doctor during my pregnancy. Very cold, rude, not at all on top of my care. She was very unresponsive and never answered my questions. When she would say something about my concerns, it was always something extremely insensitive and hurtful. Her staff is great, but the doctor herself is definitely NOT someone I would recommend.

she damaged my wife by performing a messy pezziotomy with a pair of scissors. she now will most likely need surgery to repair it. I wish she had gone to someone else.

It took three months to recieve a refund for a co-pay overpayment. The overpayment was a lousy $30, but everytime I inquired about it I was basically brushed off, and told the person who dealt with that wasn't there that day, and that if they did issue a refund, I was told very rudely that it would take up to 4-weeks for the check to arrive in the mail. As though that would deter me from wanting my back! All in all, in wasn't about $30, it was about how I was treated after inquiring about being overcharged, and being put-off for three months over something that could have been resolved very easily with a phone call to my insurance. They did issue a refund check very promptly, via certified mail, after I switched doctors. Dr. Khan is a nice women, and she keeps you well informed, but that girl working at the front desk probably shouldn't be in a position where she has to interact with poeple on a daily basis.

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
