His office staff is polite. He was gentle and answered my questions in the office. I had no issues with him until my birth. We discussed I had wanted a natural birth and that I did not want a cesarean. I went in for a routine test 3 weeks before she was due and was told they were scheduling my cesarean in 1 hour. I was scared to death. Once inside the OR he was cold and detached. Almost as if I was inconveniening him. He didn't prepare me, he didn't try and involve me or my husband while in there. My husband w/n even offered to cut the cord. He was rude when talking to us and asked me "Do you even want to look at your daughter?" after he had pulled her out. He then closed me up and just walked away. No goodbye, you are fine, it was a good surgery...nothing just walked out. At the follow-up he was still rude and ripped a chunk of my tissue off when taking out the staples. I will NEVER recommend him to anyone!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
