I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

If you want to see this doctor, you have to prepare to wait for two hours or more, even you have an appointment. It is crazy, my son is an autism kis, he has to wait there two hours for nothing, I really don't understand this. I don't know the problem is in doctor or his assistants, why we have to wait there for two hours and more every time? Assistant said, doctor takes his time and he is very busy, so we have to wait there for two hours. If this is true, assistant, could you please move our appointment two hours later? I really don't know why? So, I have to give up this "good" doctor.

If you want to go to see this doctor, you are better prepare "enough" time.
