Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

THE DOCTOR WAS VERY GOOD,HOWEVER HER MALE RECEPTIONIST WAS RUDE , HE WILL DESTROY THIS TALENTED DOCTORS PRACTISE, THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE AT A WOMAN DR OFFICE. HE SEEMS TO HATE WOMEN OR AT BEST LOOKS DOWN UPON THEM. I HOPE THE DR READS THESE REVIEWS AND REALIZES HE IS NOT AN ASSET TO HER BUSINESS. I WOULD CARE TO BET SHE LOOSES BUSINESS BECAUSE OF HIM

I was looking for a primary care physician near my home and got Dr Liberman's name from my Insurance company's website. Was greeted by a male receptionist with an accent who first asked what type of insurance I had, then my age, and upon hearing I had PPO insurance and was 35 told me that the doctor was not accepting new patients, contrary to what was indicated on Blue Shield's website. This doctor also does Botox injections, I wonder if that's why I was turned down after saying I'm only 35? The man on the phone hung up on me without any apology or even a goodbye. Very rude.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
