Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
