Terrible customer service, i spoke to yurie or urie and she was just rude throughout the whole entire process, those that don't like their jobs at the front desk shouldn't be there. Palo Alto MF needs to be better than whoever i spoke to.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Does this provider welcome questions?

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
