The doctor is kind. But I always have to wait a long time in the waiting room before seeing him. Typically, I would have to spend 3 hours for a doctor's visit and that is NOT acceptable. The staff said the doctor does not talk to patients on the phone. If there is an issue with your exam, you will not be able to know what kind of disease and how serious it is unless you spend another half a day for the office visit. The staff will not tell you over the phone and the doctor can not be reached by the phone.
I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up.
