Jerry is smart, sensitive and very accurate in his diagnosis. He cares about each of his patients and guards their health with a friendly passion.

The best doctor I've ever seen and been treated by.

Worst "doctor" ever.

I saw him in the hospital. He would come into my room at all hours and tell me long stories about his personal life and his drug addiction. It was like he needed a therapist or something. Um, dude? I'm the patient here. I'm not supposed to be taking care of YOU. Also, I'm not a drug addict. I don't use drugs. I don't even drink alcohol. I don't want to be part of your little two-person NA meeting that you are trying to shove down my throat for no reason. "Inappropriate" doesn't even begin to describe him. No professional boundaries whatsoever.

He wasn't my attending, but he discontinued medications that my attending had prescribed, without consulting her, when it was physically dangerous to do so (and no, they weren't opiates or anything like that, they were regular medicines). Thank goodness I was okay. Although he never followed up to even find out either way.

He should be fired by Good Sam immediately. And should probably lose his license.

We had a terrible, terrible experience with this doctor. He is a punishing, arrogant man. He has no understanding or sympathy for the elderly. My mother is 80 years old with Parkinson's disease. She has difficulty walking. She has balance problems, vision problems, and severe pain. But because she had to reschedule an appointment 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE, Jerry Callaway refused to see her - ever!!! That's right! Ever!!! He has decided this elderly, sick woman has no right to medical care!!! He decided she has no right to see her assigned doctor because she had to reschedule an appointment! It is absolutely outrageous!! What he's doing should be against the law!! Her appointment was for February 17, 2015. She didn't have a ride so she had to cancel. She cancelled on February 13, 2015!!! THAT IS 4 DAYS BEFORE HER APPOINTMENT!!! Jerry Callaway is PUNISHING my poor, sick 80 year old mother by now refusing to see her at all because she wanted to reschedule an appointment. Even though she gave him 4 DAYS ADVANCE NOTICE!! This man is an unfeeliing monster!! How dare you, Jerry Callaway??!!!! What is wrong with you?!! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

This office is Dirty...No one knows what they are doing! include this
Dr. as well! He is ALL about Himself! the time to wait is over the normal time! That is IF u have a appointment it does not matter here! This Dr. will talk to walk ins. first! The patient charts are missed filed and Wrong reports are put in wrong charts! Which I think is SO Wrong! Wrong RX's are also put in wrong charts. The office is piled high with out dated magazines! and just Stuff all over this office. He had me lay down to check my stomach of which there Was nothing to check! Also he told me I have Liver problems of which I Do Not and told me to go get a test of which I did not since I Do Not Have Liver problems! He wants everyone to go to AA meetings 9 times a week? this is not any answer for me! and work out at least 3 times a day! since I work this just is again is no answer. Don't waste your time here! I found a Very Good Dr. and left this office as fast as I could! Do Not make a mistake and waste your time here...you will find out the truth about him and his office staff...they are rude and blank blank is NO Nurse! she can't even read the charts or take a simple blood pressure and makes you go thru every concern you have to yet have to repeat all of this to this Dr. then she comes back in to go over it again. I think she is just noisey then you have to wait for any Rx's you need this is just a mess of a office and I will never GO back again!! Take this review and Do Not Waste your time! I'm a nurse of 20 years and have never seen such a mess!

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
