I had to go to Peninsula Hospital ER a few years ago. One of the many Doctors that visited me was Dr. Jane Huang. I did not like her.
She was arrogant, short with me, did not answer many of my questions, made decisions without telling me what was going on, etc. etc. etc. and at one point left and I never saw her again.
Some would call this "bedside manner." Well, for bedside manner, I rate her a ZERO. Realize of course that in an ER visit you don't get the chance to select your doctor(s). I think this organization fits her perfectly as they are apparently hired by Peninsula Hospital. See below for my comments on the organization.
And her organization gets a ZERO also for their billing practices. I sent a certified letter to Peninsula Hospitalist Associates, and never even got the courtesy of a response. The address is simply the address of the hospital, with no suite/room number, etc. What the Heck?!
Peninsula Hospital is better than this, and they need to be aware of patients being stuck with a doctor that they are not comfortable with. Yet there is no avenue to do so. WAKE UP Peninsula Hospital!!!
