Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
