They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Dr. Velarde was a life saver. He sent my brother inlaw to a heart specialist at a very critical time and saved his life.
