Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

Though his accent is heavy he is a great doctor. I have had him for years. Now that I am married my Husband has become his patient as well. He is kind and careful and very aware of peoples pockets. His nurses are one of a kind and willing to help you out whenever needed. They know the tricks of the trade and will share it with you to get the care you need. His fees are generous and he has payment plans. The doctor has a great memory and knows his hundreds of patients by name when they walk in. He is on call 24/7 should you decide to expand your family as well. Overall great doctor!!
