I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
