Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They had a somewhat unfriendly attitude. I didn't really care for their personality.
