The doctor's staff are very unprofessional and subscribes to hard collection tactics. Be careful what you sign because you may get hit with penalties and charges which are not industry norm. Staff will not listen to you and will argue with you by twisting what you say. I don't know if it's because they don't speak English very well or have poor listening habits....They only hear what they want to hear and they won't let you talk to the doctor. I regret my decision to consult with this office.
