The doctor is not friendly, but is professional and does attempt to provide quality care. However he has horrible support staff! The old joke about most malpractice suits being because of the attitude of office staff takes on new meaning here. They are awful! If you only see them on occasion it isn't so bad, but when you have a chronic illness and have appointments monthly it is not worth the aggravation and stress!

Doctor Stern was late to my appointment, The Office staff is a joke! It was social hour be hind the desk! The Medical assistant Chantal was not a pleasant person at all and seemed in a hurry.. constantly texting on her Cell Phone... and worst of all the waiting room was dirty! my advice..Find a better Doctor office.. DR Stern Office staff have NO class!!!!! He must of found them at the welfare gain office
