I have been a patient of Dr Glazer's for a few years now, last friday I had severe back pain and called the office. I was told they had an unexpected opening at 1100am it was now close to 1045 I told them I would rush over,I arrived at 1120 waited a half hour just to be told I could not be seen that day, they were double booked all day. In the end went to urgent care and an now switching Doctors. I dont run in for every little thing I was in alot of pain and couldn't see the Dr at all. Brian P Doyle
