I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. They have worked me into their day at the last minute more than once. The staff are extremely personable and make every effort to make me feel right at home. Doc has been my primary physician since I was about 9 years old and I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable, more personally invested family doctor.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite.
