They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
I want to say thanks for the lack of communication (on your part) for not letting me know I had a concussion. Please work on this with your further patients. I also wanted to thank you for being unprofessional to my mother. Regarding my 'visit and patient' information, there is no indication of a concussion. I will continue to ride motorcycles which has nothing to do with the accident. Please do not do this to further patients. This could be DEADLY.
