The office is very busy. They are friendly enough. At first Dr. Thio was OK, but not particularly friendly, but gave a competent and learned reply to questions. After several visits he seemed to be more friendly and concerned. I did, however, have the impression that he knows his stuff and is well trained and competent in pain management care.
