I've seen this doctor for the last five years entirely due to location and insurance issues. I can give two stars for his quasi-accurate diagnosis requiring my going directly to the emergency room. Aside from this, the several dozens of interactions I've had have been underwhelming, and sometimes, upsetting. While at the emergency room, an attending nurse made the comment "he still has a medical license?". I think that speaks volumes for itself.
Dr. Tyler has been my primary physician for about 10 years. He is professional, caring and a no-nonsense physician. His office has quite a few magazines and a number of historic photos of the Felton area, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
