Dr Dinsmore is excellent. He detected a glaucoma problem early on, thereby keeping me from losing my eyesight. I am very grateful to him. Also, the optometrist that works in his office is excellent. I had a pair of prescription eyglasses made at Costco, then I had another pair made at Dr Dinsmore' s office, and the improvement was dramatic, I no longer go to Costco for eyeglasses even though their prices are much lower.

I had a detached retina a year almost to the day after I had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Dinsmore. I called him on a Sunday morning to let him know what was happening. Instead of sending me to a hospital or scheduling an immediate visit, he told me to stay in bed and call him the next morning. The next day, he sent me to a specialist, who performed multiple surgeries. I finally had to find another specialist, because I was afraid I would lose the eye if I had any more surgery. I think the worst part of this whole ordeal, is that Dr. Dinsmore, never took the time to call me to find out my progress.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
