I visited Dr. Richard Weiss three months ago to address a problem with my 'drooping' eyelids. Dr. Weiss gave me more than a thorough exam, explained what he thought should be done to correct the problem, why he felt this was the way to do it, and explained in great detail how he would treat my body. I felt that he was the most important patient in the world to him! What more could you ask? Add this interest to his surgical expertise, his intelligence, good humor, and kindness, and I don't think one could visit a better doctor!
I am so happy with the outcome of my surgery, I want to tell everyone that this is the doctor to see if your eyes need care.
His staff was wonderful, which made each visit fun and interesting!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Dr. Weiss has been doing my injectables(botox & Juvederm)for many years now and I am so happy with my results. I look 10 years younger every time I leave that office. I always have such a wonderful experience at Dr. Weiss office, and the staff is so friendly. You should see the eyelid surgerys he does-WOW! He did my aunt's eyes, endobrow lift & full face laser and she looks really GREAT!!!! I highly recommend him to everyone!
