Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

I recently went to dr Hertzog,s office for my annual eye check. I was told I had to pay for the test for glasses even though I had insurance and had not paid for this test the last two times I was there.
When I went home I contacted my insurance and found they had not put me in the system.
This was quickly fixed and I informed the eye dr office about this.
That was about two week ago and I still did not get my money back so today went to the office.
They now know I do not owe this money, but refused to give me my money back today.
They say I have to wait until they again bill insurance and then will give my money back.
I asked for interest on my money they were indefinitely keeping and again told no, with a chuckle from the bookkeeper.
I asked for Dr Hertzog to call me, but guess he does not care his office is stelling my money.
Stay away from this office. It is bad.
