Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this doctor to my friends or family. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I usually look for more in a doctor. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update it a little more. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. You wait a while to spend about 5 minutes with the doctor. He dismisses additional questions and concerns with an " I'm the doctor you're an uninformed patient" attitude. Last time we went he referred to my son as a she multiple times and only realized his mistake upon opening his diaper. We have being going here for months and Everytime we go he asks us if we've been there before, which is extremely agitating. He isn't helpful or courteous. The blonde in reception is rude, last time I made an appointment I had to call 4 times, I kept being put on hold for more than 10 minutes each time for her to never come back on the line causing me to hang up and try again, finally on the 4th try I got my appointment, only because another staff member answered the phone. Needless to say we're trying to find a new pediatrician for our kids.

I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.

Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
