If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.

We have been patients at Children's Medical Clinic for about 10 years, and have felt very lucky to have found Dr. Roseman. She is skilled, smart, confident, and generally resolves our issues right way. The office is kid friendly, and though there us usually a short wait, we've never waited very long. The technicians are GREAT with the kids, and have been very helpful as we've worked through innoculations, etc.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
