I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their staff is very friendly and professional. After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child.

Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. You could tell that they really went the extra mile in making sure that the healthy children didn't catch anything.
