Dr Charochak and his staff took very good care of me. The treatments I received from the Dr and his therapists were nothing short of miraculous. A well deserved five star rating from me.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Did this rehabilitation specialist listen to your input and concerns?
Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Dr. Charochak doesn't seem concerned with his patients at all as he rushes through the visit. Didn't feel like I was getting a real exam in such a short amount of time. The office is extremely dirty, there are stains all over the carpet, base boards and walls. The equipment is old and dirty also. I don't understand why they only have male massage therapist. I don't mind getting massaged from males normally, but I had to pass at this office after I seen the therapist. He was very intimidating, I found it surprising that a biker would want to work as a massage therapist here, and that they would hire someone like that. He's probably a nice guy, but I'm sure I wasn't the 1st to turn down a massage from him. I was very disappointed with this office and the staff.
