I was impressed. From the soothing music to the time they spent with me. I definitely knew they took a holistic approach to their service.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.
I have been going to him for 4 years,he will not tell you what you want to hear so be prepared for some realistic advice that you may not want to hear. He has managed my meds. well and will evalulate if they are working. He does take time to talk to you about your issues. I have been to a very bad doctor before and thankfully he was chased out of town. I am happy with Dr. Cronin and do not understand the negative reviews.

Whenever I call them, I usually have to wait a while before I hear back. They should really stay on top of their calls better. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I always felt like I was talking to a brick wall. No real empathy or humanness. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious so I was confident that I was under the care of a professional, but that is a moot point if there is no connection between Dr. and patient.
