He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Called for an appointment and rescheduled the day before. Called 2 weeks ahead for an appoinment. Which was vital to see doctor. After calling the office back. The staff was very rude because i was told thier was nothing that they could do for us since we didnt have flexible schedules. Will not be treated like that. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
