I just want to thank the receptionist and especially the office manager from saving me a lot of pain and suffering. The data is that I was searching for a PCP. I was drawn to this practice since being a part of a minority community, I thought that just maybe, may be they cared. But hey, adults use baby shampoo all the time. The data is that upon my initial phone inquiry, i was put off by my experience with the person who first took my call, booked my first appointment and said she would email me information to access the patient resource portal. After a week, i called back and was again told that she would resend the portal information. I was under the impression this would expedite the new patient process. she also confirmed my insurance information. upon arrival, yes, it was suggested I arrive 30 minutes early to my appointment. i was 20 minutes late. I was prepared to fill out any paperwork. I was told upon my arrival that my appointment was canceled...the reason for early arrival was to fill out paperwork and confirm my insurance (again?). AND on top of that, the receptionist confirmed my email address and said that the portal information had been sent.. I searched my email to no avail....I indeed see no such information searchin my email. (24 hours later, no less. ) After two Nos and a "I will try to work you in." I asked to speak to the office manager. "Sorry, sorry, sorry." Needless to say, once again THANK YOU to a job well done.......I will keep searching................

Simply stated, an island of caring, competency, and empathy. My only regret is that everyone can't have the level of care I experience with Dr. Vanig, TJ, and the whole wonderful staff.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BETTER OR WITH MORE EMPATHY THAN DR. VANIG. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DOCTOR. TRULY THE BEST INTERNAL MEDICINE MAN IN AZ. THE STAFF IS EFFECIENT, COURTEOUS AND TRULY SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT ME AS AN INDIVIDUAL. I FELL BLESSED TO HAVE SUCH AN INCREDIBLE TEAM ON MY SIDE.
They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
