The doctor was thorough in her initial interview. She listens well and does not give the impression of being at all rushed. Non-judgmental. Office staff is friendly and efficient. No long waiting room time. If I had remained in Phoenix I would have stayed with this doctor until she retired or I died.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They probably need to update their office equipment sometime soon. Everything seems usable, but is all very old and outdated. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
