My sister was a patient and died due to natural causes. She was to be donated to science but because Dr. Cunningham did not fill out the cause of death completely as requested by the medical examiner and the mortuary. After 7 days we were told that the medical school could not take her because the mortuary was past it time for a permit, now we have to pay 175/day storage on the body and approx 950 for cremation that all would have been free had Dr. Cunningham done the paperwork properly and within the 72 hours that the LAW gives him to do it.

I had to wait quite a while for them doctor and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I felt very rushed once he did come in. My privacy was violated at the check out desk when things were discussed there that should not have been, I was shocked to learn that this doctor is on the Arizona Medical Board! I guess this is why he is so awful and violates people's privacy. If he gets taken before the medical board he doesn't have to worry about it.

I have taken my kids to Pueblo Family Physicians for usual childhood things and have not had a problem with the level of care. However, I have never actually seen the doctor, just a variety of Physician Assistants. The office staff, including the appointment setters that you reach on the phone, are generally very efficient and barely friendly. This time my child had to have a test done and I was surprised that I was not taken back to the exam room to discuss the results. Instead the PA came to the crowded check-out waiting area and gave me the prescription, the test results, and need for a specialist referral out there. Basically there was no privacy from other patients nor was there any real opportunity to discuss what the test results meant because it was obvious that the PA was on her way to the next patient. Finally I realize that I need to change to another practice if my child needs more than just routine care.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office.
