He did not keep the appointment. I waited and waited and waited. I left without seeing him. I don't think he was even in the building. But is it better that I find out early on how undisciplined he is rather than when he is performing an operation.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

The staff was friendly enough, but nothing special. They made a little effort to welcome me. The waiting room is abysmal; the entire office is poorly laid-out and is depressing. It's obvious that no time or money has been spent with the patient in mind.The doctor never looked me in the eye when speaking and answered some questions with "grunts", not words. Communication was so difficult that I sought a new cardiologist in another practice. This is the first time in 70+ years I've had experiences like this. I'm sure the doctors are well-qualified, but the milk of human kindness is in short supply.
