When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

I do not have a problem with Dr. Faucett or Ellen Palmer who I saw for the majority of my OB care. They were both knowledgeable and very friendly. I received great care from the nursing staff and providers. The problem was the office staff! They treated me poorly from the start, they were very difficult to work with. On my way to my 6 week postpartum check I called to inform them I was going to be 5 minutes late. They wanted to reschedule, I explained we have driven an hour, we have 6 kids in school an hour away and we are almost to the office. They REFUSED to listen or see me. Then when I asked to talk to a manager I was talked down to and told, "This is the time we set aside for you to see the doctor and we EXPECT you to be here on time." Let me clarify by stating in the months of care prior my husband and I were early for EVERY appointment. We even came in early when they called to ask if we would since we were the last patients of the day and they wanted to go home early. We changed our plans and headed in. Also, when we arrived for an appointment the doctor was at the hospital and running late but I was not informed this until I was undressed and sitting on the table, where I sat for over 30 minutes waiting for the doctor! Now a few months later I'm 7 minutes late and not only do they REFUSE to see me but they discharge me from their practice via a letter. All of this over 7 minutes.....so if you choose this clinic be sure to be punctual, even though they are not always on time and try to see past their horrible office staff, the doctors were great! Good LUCK!
