I had to wait quite awhile to get a convenient appointment but I eventually got in. The dr.consistently dismisses my concerns and doesn't listen to what you have to say. She "diagnosises" you quickly and doesn't waver in her opinion and isn't open to listening to your ideas and concerns. I don't trust this dr. nor her staff. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options or potential side effects of medications. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. The office staff is rude and not very welcoming. The doctor isn't very willing to hear your concerns and questions.

One thing that's been extremely annoying about Dr. Lee is her condescending, know it all attitude. I'm also tired of always having to wonder if my next appt. will be canceled or changed by her as they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until shortly before my scheduled appointment. She tends to be argumentative and distrustful. Once I was trying to explain my situation and she contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Or worse, interrupted before I had a chance to fully explain. Another bothersome issue are the walls in her office are paper thin; you can literally hear conversations which take place outside of the exam rooms. Definitely made me feel uncomfortable in regards to confidentiality.

It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They don't really keep up with the times when it comes to their office equipment. Everything is old and outdated, and I doubt it's safe for use.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I feel like the dr is almost always rushed when I see her. In fact one time she even stood up as I was talking and said her next appointment was waiting! She takes A LOT of vacations and time off. Even going so far as rescheduling appointments to earlier times just so that she can leave early (and doing this on the day of the appt and by only leaving a phone message stating the appt was changed). They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived (for example not calling with test results when she said she would). I've also noticed sometimes she's polite and somewhat friendly, other times she's all impersonal and business like.
