Dr. Lee is by far the most caring and competent physician I have seen. She was able to figure out an onging problem I had that other physicans didn't. I can not believe some of the negative comments I have read on this site, They don't describe Dr. Lee. She was recommended to me by friends. In fact I learned all of her patients come from recommendations. ALL of my friends have thanked me after they have seen her. She is the BEST!!!!
I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment.
Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. It's like they use music to try and cover for the very thin walls. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion.
I was very unimpressed with her level of skill (and her entire office staff). She's fine with routine everyday illnesses, but I won't see her for anything major. She gives out a lot of referrals, so I guess she's aware of her limitations. She also prescribes lots of medications and gives out freebies (hmmm wonder how the pharmacy kickbacks work with drs!!!). What's up with her front office looking like a grocery store for dieters?!
Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. Their office hours are posted, buy they don't adhere to them. Plus, they're always changing their hours and days when they are open. It's hard to keep up. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because it became too much of a hassle and never felt like my questions were answered. Rudeness comes from all of the office staff: the nurse, receptionist and office manage. THe doctor herself isn't much better, so I guess it's no wonder she tolerates unfriendly and unwelcoming staff.
I was very disappointed the doctor wasn't willing to answer my questions at all. In fact, she just ignored my questions or brushed them aside with a general remark. I had to wait a few days to get a convenient appointment. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. I felt like the doctor only cared about what would make her the most money as evidenced through the "free" samples she pons off at appts. Her pharmacy reps do their job of providing freebies to her, but I question what her kickback/incentive is. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating to have gone to this doctor for years, yet feel like she doesn't know me from one appt. to the next.
They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. Or about side effects from medications. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I felt like I was visiting a diet store - her new money making diet scheme is disappointing: doctors should be advocating healthy food choices and exercising. Not extreme caloric deficits! and having to purchase extremely expensive diet food. I went to this doctor hoping for real, medical expertise. Instead the office staff was rude and unfriendly. The doctor badgered me with questions, yet didn't listen to my answers.
The doctor was extremely late for all my appointments. I always had to wait. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call.Plus, the nurse is really short on answering your questions and not very helpful. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients.If you're snobby and look like a million bucks or if you're fat and pay the ridiculous fees for her unhealthy diet plan - then you're treated decently. The office manager is rude and gets angry when you ask simple billing questions about your account.
