They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

They were extremely late to my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. I felt very rushed. If they decide to leave the building, they don't provide a valid reason. They expect their patients to wait for up to three hours to see anyone.
They have started to overbook patients sacrificing quality for quantity.
