Not happy with the services provided. Let's hope you never have to deal with Mary O'Neill. Both are very direct and not personal at all. I went to them for years and had to learn how to get the right info out of them each time. They never got to know me or my history. They made a recent change because they were frustrated with the changes being made to Insurance companies and now required me to pay all my expenses up front with my AETNA insurance and they would reimburse me! WHAT!? So I just left them.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
