I waited for 3 hours in the waiting room. Once asked to undress, I waited for 45 minutes in a cold room with only a paper gown, I made an appointment for a full body scan, Because I had concerns about five or six spots, Dr Soong told me to choose the three spots that were of most concern. Dr Soong froze a spot on my thumb without explaining what she was about to do. She biopsied two other spots. After Dr Soong left the room, the nurse called her back in because one of the tissue samples was not in the bottle. She was able to find it on the paper.... at least I hope it was the correct sample. One test came back as basal cell. While I have used Dr Soong for many years, I am thinking about changing. I felt hurried. I felt like she was careless.
