Every aspect of the whole experience with Dr. de la Torre and his staff was just so professional yet compassionate and each staff member was courteous and helpful. The UAB Highlands is a fine hospital and we had absolutely no trouble at any time. Recovery was very fast due to physician/patient cooperation. Dr. de la Torre is very thorough in his explainations and very patient with questions from patient and family. The entire staff comes very highly recommended from this family.
