I was treated with respect and consideration. The staff was very professional and we waited only about 5 minutes. When we left I forgot to ask Dr. Quinn a question and called back the next day. They returned my call just after lunch and answered my questions.

I would not recommend Dr. Quinn to anyone with Ms. All she did was walk in, looked at my husband and said " you have ms but I don't think you will need a cane" she walked out and left us in shock. The nurse explained the rebif shots that my husband would be taking and we left. My husband was under her care for three months and his legions had spread in his brain within that time frame. In my opion she is not knowledgeable in this area, has no answers and has a very "whatever" attitude. Please do your research if you have ms! A very cold attitude!

Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome. They were cold and not friendly.I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. They are completely inadequate. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. This doctor wasted my time for 2 years and should have referred me to a doctor who had more experience with my condition so that something could have been done, I just hope it's not too late and the damage is done. Isn't the hypocritica oath "first do no harm?" She must have thought it was the hypocritical oath!! She will act as if she is helping you but believe me, she's not!!!

Their equipment was super advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed with how high-tech everything was. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
