This was my first visit with Dr. Haynes but second visit to the Grayslake location. Dr. Haynes was very professional and very courteous. I do have a problem with the staff. They were great on my first visit but terrible on my second. They made me feel like they didn't care or want to provide me with good customer service. I will never return.
