there so called call center some lady named Maria is super rude and not helpful- every time i call they are closed or at "lunch" when i do get through its a long wait i do not recommend this place to anyone! i had my surgery there and they messed up on it then tried re fixing it and did it half ass!! save your money and go somewhere else!

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm usually impressed with how quickly my calls are answered. I am never put on hold for a long time and like knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait to get it answered. I had a good experience.They were calm and understanding the entire time. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
