They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel comfortable with their treatment and advice. The office is a little awkward to find the first time. I will absolutely return. I had a very positive experience, and I have my wife and children seen at this practice..

This is the first time I have posted a negative review: Long waits for the Doctor while in chilly exam room wearing paper gown. Phone calls not returned regarding surprise bills. The communication in the office is some of the worst I've ever experienced. No one accepting responsibility for errors made on their part. I will not be back.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I have no big issues with the doctors, although sometimes they seem frazzled as they are often running late sometimes 45 minutes or more. The office staff is unprofessional, ill trained and they never return phone calls. Even when I called to say my son was having a reaction to his prescription. They are disorganized and my son’s blood work is never in his folder which makes our appointment wait even longer. We have been seen in this office for 8 months, every month so I have had enough contact with them that I would never recommend them to anyone and now that my son is finished with his meds we will never go back.

The doctors listen and quickly assess your problems. My skin cleared up beautifully once I followed the regimen prescribed for the time prescribed. Did not have to spend lots of time at their office. Very efficient
